I know its been forever, but the internet here causes lots of problems to get on. alot has happened. i have been here for over a month now and still in love with China and the children. teaching is great, but very hard. the food here is amazing! we usually had lots of rice with veggies and chicken feet along with pigeon head. its a real treat if we get chicken feet, its a dessert here in China. I have made alot of Chinese friends and learning the languge very fast. on tuesdays and fridays I have Kung Fu wih a Kung Fu master and makes me really feel like I am mulan! haha the more I am here the more I never want to leave, even though I will probabl neve get used to getting stared at everywhere I go or givin out autographs and taking pictures with the people here. well gotta go teach now be back in a few!

Well, I finally made it. The plane ride wasn't to bad, just long. I still cannot believe that I am here!! I am already in love with everything and never want to leave!! I went to a 7/11 store and got a really good chinese soda. I feel so wierd right now actually being in the place I have only dreamed about my whole life! I am so excited to take up this adventure and find my true inner Asian self!

The beginning

Buckle your seat belts and hang on........

I am getting ready and packed to leave soon to live in Fuqing China (pronounced Foo-Ching to those who like to know everything.) I will be trekking dangerously hard through jungles full of beasts and roaring waters and.....just kidding! but I had you there didn't I?! haha, no I won't be in too much danger unless you count turbulence of the airplane and eating sea horses on sticks dangerous. I am so excited to soon be able to live in a place where I have dreamed about my whole life. I will be teaching little Chinese kids English which will be a sight, because according to everyone I speak Cursive English. Well, in no time at all I will be living in one of the largest countries on earth eating sea horses and sharks, but what can I say...I eat adventure for breakfast.
